Our Technique
Using only the finest leaves we craft our filler bunches from three of our preferred species: Seco, Lijero and Volado. Before being pressed in our molds the bunches are bound in a tough Havana seed leaf then our final wrapper leaves are carefully rolled around the cigar for the final aesthetic touch.
Our tabaqueros do each step by hand. The leaves are de-veined, processed, prepped and sorted by our tabaqueros. After the processing and prep work the same artisans do the rolling, forming and final wrapping of the cigar.
Every cigar we make goes through our artisans' hands several times before it is finally approved for sale. We pride ourselves on doing every step by hand to assure quality.
